All body types deserve love and respect.
Endomorph
They are characterized by being thin, having long limbs, and a fast metabolism. They often have difficulty gaining muscle mass and fat.
Mesomorph
He is considered athletic and muscular, with broad shoulders and a narrow waist. He gains muscle mass and fat easily.
Ectomorph
They are characterized by a wider, rounder build, which facilitates fat accumulation. They tend to have a slower metabolism.

Hourglass
Shoulders and hips of similar width, very defined and narrow waist.
Pear (Triangle)
Hips wider than shoulders, often narrow waist.
Inverted triangle
Shoulders and back wider than hips.
Rectangle
Circle (apple)
Shoulders, waist and hips with similar measurements, little waist definition.
Poorly defined waist, with similar measurements at the shoulders, waist and hips.
