Where can i receive my order?
It can be shipped to any address you choose: home, work, business... We only ship domestically in Mexico via DHL, FEDEX, ESTAFETA, and UPS.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Currently our made-to-order time is around 10-20 business days.
We ship domestic orders via DHL, FEDEX, ESTAFETA, and UPS. You will receive your order within 7 to 10 business days. During periods of high demand, promotional events, and sales, shipments may experience delays.

Can i change my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, click the button at the bottom of this page and follow the steps, or contact our team immediately at contact@andrearosas.com
Unfortunately, we can't guarantee that these changes will be made before your order ships. Once your order is on its way, we won't be able to change the details.
However, we'll do our best to help you if anything goes wrong.
Can I return an order?
Once we receive your order, you have 30 days to return it.
Any package returned after the established deadline will be refused and returned to the sender. The costs and risks of returning the product(s) are the sender's responsibility.Any claim regarding the delivery of the product(s) must be submitted within 30 days following receipt of the product(s). They must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tag, etc.), otherwise, a refund will not be issued. Please include or write the reason for the return.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect it to ensure it is in good condition. If it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund within 30 days, or you can exchange the package for other items. Please note that it may take longer for your financial institution to credit your account.

What do u do if i received an incorrect or faulty item?
We make sure to carefully inspect and package every order, but sometimes defects slip through the net.
Email us with your name, order number, and images of the defect.
Also include the name of the product you'd like to receive and the size.
Once reviewed, we'll arrange a replacement or refund if we find a manufacturing defect. We will notify you by email.
