Are duties and taxes included at checkout?
Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, their location of manufacture, the shipping destination, your country's tax laws, and the value of your purchase. If they are not included in the product price, they will appear as a separate item at checkout.

How long will it take for my order to be made?
Currently our made-to-order time is around 10-20 business days.
We ship domestic orders via DHL, FEDEX, ESTAFETA, and UPS. You will receive your order within 7 to 10 business days. During periods of high demand, promotional events, and sales, shipments may experience delays.
How can i track my item?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation, along with tracking details.
Can my order be prioritized?
Yes! For an extra 25% of your order total, we’ll prioritize your order and ship your piece(s) within
1-5 business days.
For an extra 10% of your order total, we can prioritize and ship your order within 10 business days.
How do I request a priority order?
When placing your order, simply let us know that you’d like to prioritize it. You can do this by contacting us directly via email.
Are there any limitations to priority orders?
We do our best to accommodate all priority requests, but they may not be available during peak season or for certain items from previous seasons.

If my measurements are between different sizes, can you customize my order?
Yes! We are happy to customize your order to your specific measurements at no extra cost.
I'm concerned about the sheerness of the dresses, how can we customize it?
Among our products, we have "women's underwear bottoms" that can be worn under clothing, helping to reduce transparency.
Can I return an order?
Once we receive your order, you have 15 days to return it.
Any package returned after the established deadline will be refused and returned to the sender. The costs and risks of returning the product(s) are the sender's responsibility.Any claim regarding the delivery of the product(s) must be submitted within 15 days following receipt of the product(s). They must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tag, etc.), otherwise, a refund will not be issued. Please include or write the reason for the return.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect it to ensure it is in good condition. If it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund within 30 days, or you can exchange the package for other items. Please note that it may take longer for your financial institution to credit your account.

What do u do if i received an incorrect or faulty item?
We make sure to carefully inspect and package every order, but sometimes defects slip through the net.
Email us with your name, order number, and images of the defect.
Also include the name of the product you'd like to receive and the size.
Once reviewed, we'll arrange a replacement or refund if we find a manufacturing defect. We will notify you by email.
How long do returns take to process?
As soon as we receive your return at our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email. It will take 3 to 5 business days for our team to process your return and credit your account.
How can i use a gift voucher or promo code?
When you're ready to checkout and see the items in your bag, click "Checkout." You'll be able to add your discount or promotional code to your order. Please note that only one discount code can be redeemed per order.
My voucher/store credit has expired, can it be extended?
Vouchers can`t be extended.
Can i change my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please click the button at the bottom of this page "Click here for returns or exchanges" or contact our team immediately at andrearosascontact@gmail.com
Unfortunately, we can't guarantee that these changes will be made before your order ships. Once your order is on its way, we won't be able to change the details.
However, we'll do our best to help you if any errors occur.
If an item is out of stock, can i be notified if it returns?
Yes, you can! Go to the product you want to purchase, select the color and size, and when the model is out of stock, click "NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE." Once you register, you'll receive a notification as soon as we receive your order.
